Our Story
We would like to welcome you to Culinary Concepts.
Culinary Concepts started over ten years ago with our first restaurant – Pazzo! Italian café. Since the opening of that restaurant we have opened 4 others in the Naples/Fort Myers area and we are considered, by many, to be amongst the top restaurant groups in the country!

Our biggest strength is our employees, we truly wish you could meet them all … they are quite a cast of colorful characters – genuine, hardworking, loyal and fun … we are proud of each and every one of them and of what we accomplish together as a team.

As you visit the different restaurants and sections on our website, we hope you realize one fact, that we truly care about what we do … and we do it all for you. Our goal is to be the best we can be, from dry aging our own beef and making our own desserts to creating our own sauces and defining our own cuisine …we never take short cuts!

We offer incredible value for what we do, and although each of our restaurants have received numerous awards, write ups and accolades, what really counts to us is that you feel at home, and have an incredible dining experience… everytime.

In addition to our restaurants, Culinary Concepts and its employees pride ourselves in giving back to the Southwest Florida community with three major fund-raising events per year, the Yabba Island Pirate Ball, Chops City Ball and Naples Wine Week. It is through the dedication of our employees and support from our local community that we have granted 100's of wishes, raised money for toys, clothing, art supplies, medicine, books and scholarships, plus brought back countless smiles to many special children and their children. In 2008 we partnered with the Children's Museum of Naples and together we are making a difference!
